DetailsDog furniture steps to make your pups life easier and minimise risk of jumping on and off your furniture. They are made using very strong sturdy wood/materials - they have been tested upto 65kg.
•All steps are made to order to meet your requirements. They can be finished plain, painted or carpet added to the top - the carpet will be grey unless requested.

How long will my cakes last?
Your cakes will stay fresh for 7 days in the fridge or they can be frozen for 1 month.
Do you take advance orders?
Yes! Just leave a note with the future date you would like, also including if you would like it shipped closer to the time or ship straight away to freeze.
Are your cakes suitable for dogs with allergies?
Of course, I use natural human grade ingredients - none which are protein based unless stated. Our most popular cakes do include Peanut butter, coconut flour and eggs.
Can I give my puppy your products?
Our products are suitable for dogs of all ages as we use high quality natural ingredients however we do recommend your puppies be 12+ weeks old as some can have sensitive stomachs.
Can you do custom cakes?
Yes! We do a lot of custom cakes, just pop us a little message before hand to discuss what you would like. Their may be an extra charge on top if you are wanting extras.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes. Local delivery or free collection can be arranged - just pop me a message to arrange.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care when shipping to prevent any damage however in the unfortunate case that your product arrives damaged we will replace and ship the same day.
Products are safely wrapped with packaging peanuts, bubble wrap and a fragile box.What if my item is lost during transit?
All items are shipped with tracking, if your order is delayed/missing during transit we will replace your order if it does not arrive within 4 days of us shipping.
Unfortunately we are unable to control any delays by Royal mail but we will always do our very best to turn the situation around - we will either replace or if your order does not arrive within 7 days since shipping we will refund and raise a complaint with Royal mail.
All items are shipped using Tracked24 so should aim to be delivered within 1-2 days after shipping.Do you offer wholesale?

Well-made, sturdy steps that also look nice. The carpet is a lovely touch, stops any slipping- my dog can run up and down them with no problem as they’re grippy. Seller is lovely and makes sure they are perfect for your dog. Really pleased, definitely recommend 👍🏼

These are fantastic! We have an old border collie who struggled to use the plastic stairs they sell in shops, but these stairs are so well built, sturdy and have a lot of grip. My dog uses them so much easier than cheaper plastic stairs. I highly recommend these if you have a little dog or an older dog with mobility issues as it's doing wonders helping her up on the bed! 😊

Item quality appears a little rough and ready, but it is very well made and sound and very good value for money. Love that you can give measurements to order, a true bonus. My made to measure order was delivered on time and the customer service exceptional. I would highly recommend. ps..a day or so later my dog received a gift..a large bone shaped biscuit with his name on it !
