Our deluxe pupcakes come topped with personalised iced biscuits of your choice and packaged in a cupcake box addressed to your pup - Leave your desired biscuits/ design theme otherwise we will choose our most popular design.

All cakes MUST be refrigerated and eaten within 5 days, they can also be frozen for 1 month.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days using RM Tracked24, with delivery taking a further 1/2 days.
• Refrigerate/freeze if you receive earlier than needed.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
• All orders are eligible for a full refund or replacement if arrives damaged or lost in transit - you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we are not liable for order complaints after this timeframe.
•We are not liable for refunds on orders that have arrived late if we shipped within our 3 day timeframe. -

How long will my cakes last?
Your cakes will stay fresh for 7 days in the fridge or they can be frozen for 1 month.
Do you take advance orders?
Yes! Just leave a note with the future date you would like, also including if you would like it shipped closer to the time or ship straight away to freeze.
Are your cakes suitable for dogs with allergies?
Of course, I use natural human grade ingredients - none which are protein based unless stated. Our most popular cakes do include Peanut butter, coconut flour and eggs.
Can I give my puppy your products?
Our products are suitable for dogs of all ages as we use high quality natural ingredients however we do recommend your puppies be 12+ weeks old as some can have sensitive stomachs.
Can you do custom cakes?
Yes! We do a lot of custom cakes, just pop us a little message before hand to discuss what you would like. Their may be an extra charge on top if you are wanting extras.
Do you deliver locally?
Yes. Local delivery or free collection can be arranged - just pop me a message to arrange.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care when shipping to prevent any damage however in the unfortunate case that your product arrives damaged we will replace and ship the same day.
Products are safely wrapped with packaging peanuts, bubble wrap and a fragile box.What if my item is lost during transit?
All items are shipped with tracking, if your order is delayed/missing during transit we will replace your order if it does not arrive within 4 days of us shipping.
Unfortunately we are unable to control any delays by Royal mail but we will always do our very best to turn the situation around - we will either replace or if your order does not arrive within 7 days since shipping we will refund and raise a complaint with Royal mail.
All items are shipped using Tracked24 so should aim to be delivered within 1-2 days after shipping.Do you offer wholesale?

Never arrived I'm really disappointed and disappointed with the costumer service, its my puppies first birthday tomorrow and I've ordered 3 cup cakes that was supposed to arrive 23 Aug -01 Sept and still not received it I'm only hoping I at least get my money back
